I am a Practitioner of the Metamorphic Technique and an active member of The Metamorphic Association - www.metamorphicassociation.org.uk

During his life, I was fortunate to be able to attend various workshops and meetings with Gaston Saint-Pierre, the Metamorphic Association's founder.  Gaston died,  leaving this earthly plane to 'be' in other light dimensions earlier this year. It is with great gratitude for all he shared with me that I continue to share with you and all who are drawn to it, the inspired practice of The Metamorphic Technique which he gifted us with.

I have been a Reiki Practitioner for several years, practising Usui Reiki  (there are other traditions and variations).  My lineage, via my original Reiki Master, is several teachers directly removed from Mrs Takata, and have been a workshop participant with with one Mrs Takata's '22'; her original cohort of students. My Reiki II Master, Ruth Hartley, opened my awareness of Reiki to further levels through her gentle and insightful intuitive teaching - www.divineembrace.co.uk.

Initially trained as a teacher, I went on to study psychology at degree level. Over the years I have worked with 0 - 5 year olds and their families and have taught children throughout the age range up to 16 both in mainstream and therapeutic care. I am also an experienced workshop facilitor and leader.

Travelling to countries where I can combine my love of the outdoors with that of children's wellbeing, I have visited schools across Scandanavia and in Nepal.

In the mid-1990s I studied Esoteric Healing with the International Network of Esoteric Healers. I work with this as appropriate.

Whilst teaching children and teenagers who were living in therapeutic care, I began receiving Reiki, and with both Reiki I and II have witnessed the calming benefit of this presence in my work. This led me to explore the transformational potential and benefits of the Metamorphic Technique. Extending my understanding of feet and wellbeing led me to study Reflexology.

Throughout all this, and over the years, I explore what it is to be human through many means available; this has included a number of esoteric and well-grounded  teachings from various traditions.
