I have trained with Jenny Lee, the founder of 'baby reflex' - www.babyreflex.co.uk -  supporting parents of babies and young children through reflexology.

I am a Practitioner of the Metamorphic Technique and an active member of The Metamorphic Association - www.metamorphicassociation.org.

I have been attending workshops with Gaston Saint-Pierre - www.gastonsaintpierre.org.uk - the Metamorphic Association's founder, for several years.

I have been a Reiki Practitioner for several years, practising Usui Reiki  (there are other traditions and variations).  My lineage, via my original Reiki Master, is several teachers directly removed from Mrs Takata.

I offer The Metamorphic Technique, Reiki and Reflexology sessions.   I have worked for many years with babies, children, teenagers and their families in a range of educational, community and care settings.

Initially trained as a teacher, I went on to study psychology at degree level. Over the years I have predominately worked with 0 - 5 year olds and their families, and have also taught children throughout the age range up to 16.

Whilst teaching children and teenagers living in care with emotional and behavioural issues I began receiving Reiki, and with both Reiki I and II have witnessed the calming benefit of this presence in my work. This led me to explore the transformational potential and benefits of the Metamorphic Technique. Supporting my own wellbeing led me to explore Reflexology, and experiencing its many benefits first hand led me to train professionally so others may also benefit.

In the mid-1990s I studied Esoteric Healing with the International Network of Esoteric Healers. Throughout all this I explore what it is to be human through many means available including, over the years,  a number of esoteric and well-grounded  teachings.
