I treat the privacy of website users and those who contact me very seriously and take appropriate security measures to safeguard your privacy and protect and manage any personal data that you share with me.

How your personal data is obtained: You provide an email address for return contact when you use the contact form or register for a course on this website. You may also provide a name for me to address you by.

How I use your personal data: I use your personal data to reply to the contact you have initiated with me. I manage and administer your personal data and undertake at all times to protect your personal data in a manner which is consistent with a duty of professional confidence and the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)* I will also take reasonable security measures to protect your personal data in storage. *The Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) ico.org.uk may be contacted with any GDPR queries.

I respect your privacy and work hard to meet strict regulatory requirements.

I do not pass on or sell your personal data to any 3rd party.

Right to erasure: You can request that your information is deleted. Please note that I am obliged by my Professional Indemnity Insurance to securely hold personal information given to me by any one who has received a consultation in the last seven years.

Right to data portability: You will be able to receive your personal data in a commonly used format and have the right to transmit this data to another.

Right to object: You can object to the processing of personal data if there are valid grounds relating to your personal situation.
